Last year, ICC launched the Pathway to Medicine Fellowship to empower our youth and create equitable workforce solutions aimed at diversifying the medical field. This initiative provides students with invaluable exposure to healthcare careers, equipping them with the skills and confidence to succeed.

We are proud to share the certifications awarded to the 2024–2025 cohort, including Limited X-ray Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), CPR, and Stop the Bleed credentials.
